This bank is awful and is racist against Syrians and Iraqis and Palestinians where they won’t let them open a bank account even tho they meet the requirements
Very poor customer support, unable to contact customer care for support. When I am chat with Liv app , only bot responding.My complaint is that Liv. Card is not delivered more than 15 days. It is pending with shipa delivery team. They are not delivering scheduled time period and even giving wrong promises. Shipment tracking number SD006989229.
Hey liv team you made everything excellent so convenient by a app , but currently I'm facing a issue on the app when i tried to transfer fund international, it's ask for passport scan, okay it's not issue, but when i scan, it says unable to scan right know, i tried thousand times, please a humble request fix this Glitch ASAP Would be your huge favor, cause i want to participate, in the offer on liv app, it's until 31st December, send money abroad and 1000, want so badly but what can i do, again the glitch of the app

I’ve been trying to get a liv account for months and its not letting me(even after i tried contacting support multiple times)
I think not digital bank , all times system not working, I can’t activate my card since 4 days , no customer service available, no support for system , local bank is better than liv bank , also can’t add money more 10,000 through debit card ( limited service) , I hope close the liv bank ,
