I hope they put back the xls option on statements!
Poor service
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. Despite being assured that my account would be closed, it remains open, and I've been charged 20 AED. Additionally, my card has expired since I thought that they already closed my account. Its like a scam!!!
REFUND
I TRANSFERRED WORTH 2,671 BUT FAILED AND NO REFUND REFLECTED IN MY ACCOUNT UNTIL NOW!!! PLS SOMEONE HELP ME SINCE ITS FOR EMERGENCY PURPOSES!!!! OLIVIA CANNOT HELP ME!!
Can’t login again
I was trying to transfer money to my friend it kept saying choose purpose but there’s nothing to choose from my Liv app got updated I was trying to contact the support but no response at all then I deleted the app and downloaded it again now I can’t even access my account saying incorrect details I put forgot details then trying to change the password but I won’t go through saying try again later !! It was so good for how many years until now !
App does not work!
I have logged in my credentials and it goes to scanning my passport however it won’t allow me to scan it. It always shows ‘try again later!’

THIS BANKING APP IS VERY PROBLEMATIC! 1st they dont have any phone number to contact, 2 there chatbot is not replying. very poor customer service. lastly they are not taking complaints seriously, so i definitely NOT gonna recommend this banking app for you. I HOPE THE APP DEVELOPER will be alarm because i know alot of issues with regards of this app. and also i hope they will contact me for this. I HAVE ALOT OF COMPLAINS.

Cant change mobile number
Ive already sent the documents needed to change the number on the email on the app but all i got is automated replies with instructions that you need log in and chat but my concern is cant login because of new number so how can i login and chat in the app?
