Description
THE BASICS:
1. Yummy and healthy recipes, using natural ingredients. No artificial sweeteners, etc.
2. I love to replace „bad“ ingredients of classic recipes - for example cane sugar or white flour - with more healthy alternatives. Therefore we can still eat dessert. But we get important nutrients, vitamins and minerals at the same time. The result? Food and sugar cravings will say goodbye and you’ll start feeling happy with your healthy diet.
3. Quick & easy! I know, it’s not possible to spend hours in the kitchen every day.
4. All recipes are perfect for a fit lifestyle. Huge amounts of fats or sugar (alternatives) are therefore not part of the Pam app. It’s my job to have a flat tummy & toned thighs.. and that’s not even that hard!
5. Take responsibility! If you want to feel amazing, you have to know about what you eat, the quality of the ingredients and how your dish was prepared. You should not give the responsibility about your health to somebody else. That means: less processed foods, more homemade meals!

I have been enjoying the app but right now I just need to cancel it on a temporary basis, but I can’t find where to do this and my due date is almost here. ** I have asked for help regarding my subscription and No one has answered me back. If I have to I will go to my credit card company and tell them to make sure the payment doesn’t come off and then I won’t be back at all.

Videos crash and app support is just a website from which you can download the app.
App does not launch workouts but closes instead
Please update the app. It’s not launching workouts after expanding but closes instead. It only launches in YouTube. I love this app and hope this gets fixed.
Why did I find it only now?!!
My friend recommended the app. Seemingly simple but effective. Great home training programs.

Absolutely love it. So easy to follow and understand. I did the free version which gave me tremendous things but 30$/year is also very affordable for the extras!
Confusing to use
I am on week 1 but the app keeps showing me content for week 4… I also didn’t select plan, not sure where the plans shown up on my Home Screen are from
