Good luck trying to set up your account. It is design to take your email and that is it. You answer all the app question and when you sign in there is an error message. Customer support call center does not pick up and email service is slow.

Often unreliable or even completely unusable. It’s odd that they can’t or won’t make it more stable and useful.

Unable to sign up. It won’t accept the password generated by the generator because it has lame restrictions. So I typed in a password that is only 9 characters with one of each required type. I tried changing the length within the limits but keeps saying it is too long. For now I’ll shop on other apps.

I have iPhone 15. I open the app to clip the coupon. It temporarily shows as a green check mark. I back out of the page, go back in, and it has become unchecked. The coupon does not stay clipped. Who designed and programmed this because this is really bad coding.

Worst. Products fail to be featured and listed that are in fact in their stores. Lazy unprofessional website app Engineering- going elsewhere for my groceries.

Still in able to clip digital coupon even though have new phone and updates

I attempted to log into my account several times to reset my password. I get the emailed code and put a new password in and I’m told that “something went wrong”. I even tried setting up a new account under an alternative email. I’m allowed to set up the account but when I login it’s telling me “something went wrong”. I couldn’t access any coupons available while at the store shopping. Very frustrating.

Every time I try logging on to my account it keeps saying failed, try again! Even when I changed my password to try to log in fresh still I kept getting an error message.

The latest update, as of Feb23 2024, is up from 1 star. However, when I tried to click the terms and conditions for exclusions to a 10$ off $50 coupon, there were no terms and conditions. There was no way to see what was/was not allowed. Still, it was actually able to load, so that’s an improvement.
