Cancelled subscription still charging my card
I cancelled my subscription after the trial and they kept charging my card for 2 months in a row. I reached out to them and they told me my subscription was not cancelled and they can’t refund due to the terms and conditions. When I logged into the account there was no active subscription, not even in my apple subscriptions. Customer service does not help! Just don’t give them acces to your card.
Cancelled subscription but still debited my account
I decided to cancel my subscription and even though i have followed all the steps, my bank account has still been debited. This is insane.
Log in/ reset passrod not working
Not the great experience with this app - cannot login/ reset password. Meanwhile they are charging me - and there is no way how to cancel my subscription. Be careful!
Useless app if you don’t pay.
The app is practically useless if you don’t pay for it. Trying to sign up for a trial crashed my phone to a point even locking it or restarting was impossible. You’re better off searching for face yoga exercises on youtube, for free.

Very few exercises for the mouth area, the exercises focus mostly on the forehead area. They consist mostly of massages.
