Im so mad !!

IM SO MAD!! Everytime i click the start facial exercise or whateva, it offers me to get premium!! What is this?! This is so useless, im only 11 and i dont have money to pay for premium! So i give u 1 star for that, please let us with no money try to exercise our faces without getting premium!!FIX THIS OR U WILL NOT GET CUSTOMERS!!!!

this is a scam. i have been trying to unsubscribe to no avail. the subscription started at 19.99 USD and for succeeding months they increased to 39.98 USD without my consent! i have been emailing them to cancel the subscription but have not received any replies! i am still getting charged monthly even if I’m not longer using (or even interested in using) the app. be warned!!!

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS APP

They got me with their layout. After approving the $19.99 monthly fee, there was a chatbox that appeared and this "person" was telling me they could give me other months for free. After that another window opened that just said "click here to claim your plan" all the sudden it will auto approve a charge for $69.99! WTF. And they are now telling me that this is non-refundable even if I never even used the app for fear that something else might pop up! Why wouldn't you refund me when I already explained what happened and because your layout is scammy! YOU DONT DESERVE A CENT. Give me all my money back. I havent used your app

This is scam. I did not sign up for subscription. I did not received any amount, if there’s any that i signed up it still hasn’t reached the timeframe based on the free trial. Pls return it back to me
