My account was logged out itself suddenly, I try to log in again and reset the password, it always show can’t reach Luxy due to internet problem when I reset password, but actually the internet is OK, please advise how to fix it?????
I’m going to delete my account as well
I can’t find the “option “ on the last article. I only can see “visitor” on the right top corner. Maybe if I can’t pass the vouch, my account will be deleted automatically! Before using the trial, the app is keeping ask for paying. And this makes me feel bad. Also I don’t believe that the result of my vouch will rapidly drop before the end of 24!hours. I meet too many scammers through the date-app. How could I know that I won’t meet a lot here “again”?

unfortunately this app follows the same pattern as all the other dating apps - except its totally incapable of filtering out matches that are actually in your area. a little disappointing.
Nothing but scammers from Yemen
Wow. The legit worst. Literally no one less than 2 states away, drowning in bots, paywalls for everything even if you’re a member. Save your money and time and miss this worthless app. Cust. service tries gaslighting you by insisting that there are matches near you when the closest “match” is a tech assistant in Romania. Please sit all the way down, Luxy, you NEED to stop
Fake rating/ reviews
This app is absolute junk and has been for years. Nothing ever changes. Most certainly do not spend your money on it. Try Raya or Bumble.
Great App, but…
Great app, but I am looking for something serious, and it’s hard to have a date at 7pm or 4pm when I’m working..I wish there was a way to adjust timing.
