My Magellan and me
Best thing I’ve ever bought I love it I’m like a child with lots of toys at Xmas and doesn’t know what to play with first haha and it’s same as I’m browsing through the whole app and time this afternoon has flown by so quickly
Blatant Scam!
I thought I was signing up for a 7-day free trial, but then I was charged £5.99. Blatant scam; I requested a refund via the Apple website literally 30 seconds after this problem occurred because I'm no stranger to these free trail scams; even YouTube Premium does it!
Top content and customer service
I really enjoyed Magellan Tv and the content was engaging and diverse. It’s easy to use and easy to search for something interesting to watch. I sadly had to cancel my subscription due to financial difficulties otherwise I would have definitely stayed subscribed. Also their customer service is impeccable- after I had an issue that was entirely my own fault they went out of their way to make sure I had a full and satisfactory resolution which really was impressive. I rate the TV service and their customer skills as top notch and I hope to re subscribe soon.

This app has great shows always something interesting to watch, I’ve had a recent issue and there customers care is on point this alone gets 5 stars thank you
Is this website a scam?
This site has been taking money out of my account every single day. I've cancelled my account or atleast tried to. I’ve also reported my own debit card lost or stolen just so this payment would stop because I am not using this account. I signed up in the past but I tried to cancel and it’s still taking a lot of money from me.
Great app but I find I don’t get shown everything
So I love this app it’s got great documentary’s. But I found that if I typed in a certain genre, let’s just say I type in “Rome” I only got shown a handful of shows. But when I was told of a specific documentary on the Romans and I typed in rome it did not come up. Now when I had the specific title of the documentary then it came up. It would be good if all the relive that documentary’s relive the to my search get shown to me rather than just a select few. This is why I’m giving this app 3 stars as I feel like I am missing out on lots of documentary’s I don’t even know about because they don’t get shown to me.
