Missing instructors on the app that are shown online

I’ve not used it for almost a year and they just charged me over £200 on the New Year’s Eve. Very frustrating. And refund policy says they don’t refund renewals. This is not how it should be managed.
Nothing but people plugging their books and giving you snippets of them. Refund within 30 days process doesn’t seem to exist either.
There's no denying that the masterclasses themselves are great. There's a wonderful range of subjects and tutors. The app itself though is buggy and laggy, which make using the app a really frustrating experience.
I am able to sign in to Masterclass on my browser using the sign in through organisation. When I try to sign in through organisation on the app it fails
Fix the simple stuff or lose customers.
I love the classes, but having to screencast on TV is such a disaster, never had an issue with Netflix or other app casting, just this. I use iPhone 12 and every time I cast, it works for 5 mins then it gets stuck (as if internet is not working), then it stops fully. I can only watch on phone or laptop now. There are a lot more app performance issues.. 1 star for the app, 5 stars for the concept. Find a better dev team maybe.
Waste of money. You can get as good or better content on YouTube, IPlayer and other platforms. Also, including acclaimed Putin-apologist Chomsky in their “educational” content was a huge mistake.
I subscribed to this app, but despite the payment being processed, I have not been able to access the subscription services as expected. I have already verified that the payment was successful through my Apple account and ensured that the app is updated to the latest version. Unfortunately, I am still unable to access the features. Unfortunately, this is the second year in a row that I have experienced this same issue. Last year, I faced a similar situation where, despite completing the payment, the subscription did not activate properly, leading to delays in receiving the service I had paid for. I had hoped this would not happen again, but unfortunately, it has. I reached out to customer service, but they were of no help in resolving the matter, leaving me frustrated with the lack of support. Additionally, I specifically inquired about alternative payment methods to avoid this issue going forward, but customer service has not provided any helpful guidance on that either, further adding to my frustration.
Just downloaded app on an iPhone 15 pro max. When downloading episodes to watch later the app crashes. Have to close and reopen. Had to do this multiple times to download all the episodes from a single presenter. Same thing happened when trying to do this for another presenter.
