This call like most others was excellent, just wish I didn’t have to go through signing in every time, particularly when I have to make a call quickly.

Dont waste your money
Forced subscription
Without getting a chance to assess the app, you’re presented with sign up tiers. Also password choices are limited; making allowable passwords easy to hacking. Don’t waste time on this one.
It’s great
It’s great to talk to your loved ones but needs limits how much you or others calls.

Worst customer service ever
After I ported out my first number from MJ to Ooma due to technical issues they couldn’t resolve for a month, now I can’t make calls from my MJ number to my ported out number with Ooma. Many calls and emails to MJ customer service and technical support dept., but I decided to port out my second number to Ooma. I have subscription with MJ fir my device till 2031, but they do not like to neither resolve the issue nor refund me for my remaining credit. I do recommend Ooma.
Never without my MJ
Magic Jack is my go to method for voice communications when I’m out of town or out of the country. Very reliable. Actually it always works and the party I’m calling always thinks I’m still at home.
Horrible APP
Worst customer service ever. They just hang up even their automated calling feature just hangs up and they don’t bother to call you back either. The App has so many bugs makes it useless to use. Even adding a contact the “+” button doesn’t even show up anymore. They tell you to remove and reinstall the app. Well don’t as you’ll lose all contacts you did have stored and all text messages as well. MagicApp do better for your customers. Big fail in my opinion.

Aucune possibilité de parler à un représentant afin de corriger des situations technique ou autre……je suis MJ depuis 10 ans environ et j’en suis à songer de les laisser tomber…..
