I was in india when i purchased the subscription and have used it for several months and am still in india suddenly i get a pop up message saying that the services is not available in your location ? Why is that ? What about the subscription fee i paid for the whole month ?
Not able to login
I am not able to login after paying for subscription as well.
Error 101
I couldnt able to login, need support.
Error 101
Been using this app for quite some time now. No issues till yet and have a paid subscription. Since last week not been able to log in and it shows “Error 101”. Contacted support and did all the troubleshooting they asked still nothing. They say they have elevated the query but still nothing. 2 others using this app have the same issue.
Error 101 - Resolved
For all Facing Error 101 OR unable to login to the app. Use a VPN and then it will let you log in. If it helps follow me on Instagram - young_lord_yaduveer
Worst experience
Worst experience with magic app. I am unable to login into my account after renew the subscription and customer care was not responding.
Worse App!!
Been using this App for over a year to call & texting my clients & friends in the US and now all of a sudden they’ve stopped me from logging in my account via the app. I can still login from my computer (which btw is of no use). They’ve charge my account for their monthly fee and than after the last update of their app they’ve somehow restricted me to login on the app.
