Disappointed / Team not technically

Using majic jack for years but since last year, it’s worst, Dialling issue / network issues and application not working, not reliable and not recommended to any one. Their team is also not technical and not helpful either.

Voice problem

Same problem even after months

After months i downloaded this app again hoping the calling problems must be fixed but unfortuntely im still facing the same problem like whenever i call most of the numbers even in canada i hear their voice but they dont hear me Im from pakistan FIX THIS ISSUE its been so many months now

Sms delivery notification

I like the update but could you add in your next update that whenever an sms is sent to US mobile numbers we should get a delivery notification? And by the way, incoming sms just appears as a flash message and its not there in the inbox. Please fix the bugs

Respondent cannot hear my voice!

They cannot hear my voice but I can hear them! Its a bug error, please have a look at it.

Stopped working after the update

Now, whenever I call someone, I can hear them but they can't hear me!!!
