Newest update, but cannot open
Please do something about it
Previous project can not be opened nor use after bought.
I have bought it for one month plan but until today I can’t open it :( Have already asked magicplan representative but only one response and still haven’t fix my problem. The project just get blank/ black out after I click them and makes me out off the apps.
Cannot access project after reinstall
The promise described in the description is free two projects with no time limit. But once the app was showing empty page for share button and I decided to remove and reinstall. After reinstall, I login again and the project I made is now inaccessible. Where is the promise of no time limit? This is the same device, same account. Contacted support. Asked me to pay. Meh.

Subscription for the apps?
I think the apps was well served, that until I found out you have to subscription for more. I prefer on premise based apps for the apps I surely would use only for occasional. Bye MagicPlan! I’ll check for another apps, surely it’s a lot.
