Nu mi a sărit codul de reducere
Can’t select the items that I want to return
When I want to return a item I can’t select the item because it’s grey and it tells me that the return is in progres but I didn’t made the return yet! After 2 calls nobody is capable to help me.
Comanda
Am plasat o comanda cu mai multe produse, printre care si un costum format din pantalon si vesta. Dupa cateva zile primesc din partea Mango un email in care mi se comunica ca vesta nu mai este in stoc si ca mi se vor livra toate produsele mai putin vesta care era parte din costumul comandat. Verific aplicatia si vad ca vesta este in continuare disponibila in varianta si masura comandata. Le trimit un email si le semnalez acest aspect, iar raspunsul lor a fost ca nu se mai poate completa comanda! Desi eu nu ceream o completare ci livrarea intregii comenzi. Asa ca ma intorc in aplicatie si fac o noua comanda pentru vesta si, desigur, sunt taxata cu 30 lei transport pt ca nu mai ating plafonul pt care transportul este gratuit. Dezamagitor!!! O alta problema este aceea a returului! Nu se poate face in magazinele Mango, ci trebuie ambalate, etichetate, chemat si uneori si platit si curierul pt retur.

Din păcate când este vorba de rambursarea sumei din retur,durează exagerat de mult
Size
It s very difficult to decide upon size because you don’t write what size is the model is wearing, or other details. You should implement this, as other apps have. Plus, for online shopping very difficult to communicate with staff… only the virtual robot , useless.
Very bad customer experience
The return policy is utterly disappointing, sorry to leave this here. I will never order online again, No matter how nice the app is👎
Can't find anything
All they have is a bunch of hashtags. I wanted to see all their skirts but all I can do is explore some half wit hashtags they came up with along with a few items they suggest without any particular reason. I've never seen something more ridiculous from an online shop.

Nu pot anula o comandă dacă am greșit o mărime sau am uitat să pun in coș un articol!
App performance really low
A lot of bugs and errors, clearely needs improvements!
