It was the worst online shopping experience ever and they took my money and the jeans and don’t get me a refund. Shame on you Mango
False advertisment!!
You advertise in your emails that you offer free delivery in Egypt for purchases of 2000 EGP or more, while on the app the free delivery in Egypt is actually starting from 12000 EGP!!! Huge difference!! Also there's an incredibly annoying bug where i can't add more than 12000 EGP worth of clothes so I can never get free delivery! Super annoying please solve this

I tried the transaction several times, that’s unsafe.
Difficult return
I like the app but the problem is that don’t update the status of the purchase when it is delivered. So return is very difficult and needs a lot of effort
