Worst experience
I made an order on 6 Jan, it came on 25 Jan, I logged a return on the same day and it’s been over a month (today is 29 Feb) and they’ve still not collected the returns. Their customer service keep saying it’s a logistics issue and they’ll come soon as possible - I’ve received the same message over the past 3 weeks. Still no response. I just want to return the items and get a refund.
Avoid shopping on the app
Customer services post-ordering is terrible. And nowhere do they mention that their products are shipped from Spain. I’ve been waiting for 6 weeks for my clothing. Have not received anything. Paid in full.
Returns are slow
Delivery is quick and easy. However returns and refunds take very long.
Help email/form does not work
I have been trying to change my delivery address but the form that I need to fill in to get assistance does not come up, I just see a blank screen. Placing the order is easy enough, it is just really hard to get any help after the order is placed. Please help!
My item could not be located during delivery
I was pretty excited to find out Mango finally had an app available for shopping. I placed an order for a denim skirt about 3 weeks ago, and expected to receive it last week/this week latest, given that their delivery time stated on the app and website says 5-7 working days. Days go by and I had to follow up with Mango and the courier company with regards to the status of my order as the update on the tracking link said my delivery could not be completed. Called the courier company who advised that the order had not yet even arrived in the country. After about 3/4 emails following up with mango, they told me my order could not be located somehow - honestly worst service I’ve ever received using an online shopping platform. Would honestly rather shop mango items on superbalist. Their range on the superbalist might be limited but they provide a smoother buyers experience than the actual mango app. Honestly so disappointed. I’m just waiting for my refund and then I’m deleting the app immediately.
Paying for multiple delivery fee while other times are not delivered yet
Dear Mango, There are other item that we must wait for them to be back in stock and we have to act quickly when they become available however we have to constantly pay for delivery fee for every item that you buy while the other items are still being prepared. This is not fair at all. You should be able to tell if the customer has something being prepared and not charge a delivery fee when they add another item later.

With the prices back up, the App is back on it’s best again. Convenient and simple. I LOVE IT. THANK YOU.
