Love the app
Great app. Love how it always changes but still stays consistent
Horrible App
Orders don’t go through, and out of stock products don’t show as out of stock, so you keep getting error messages without knowing what’s the issue. Worst app experience with no help from customer services.
Painfull
After placing order and after receiving OTP I get told ghat there is an error with the order….. ZARA home purchases inline are never smooth running!!!!!
Payment problem
Unable to process payment???
Delivery fee
Why do we have to pay a delivery fee for items worth more than 1K ?

Zara online stores.
As a general comment, Zara and Zara Home honestly need to improve their apps. They house high quality products, yet their apps lack when it boils down to making a purchase of even adding an item to the cart. It’s 2020 and pandemic time- please do better.

It’s 2020, we’re on lockdown... it’s Zara Home!!!!! We only have one in GP. Can we please buy online already? Love looking at the stuff but I’d be happier if I could buy. PLEASE?!?! Thank you.
