created an account online, have tried to log into my account using the same password and email does not work. Have updated my password 4 times now and it still does not work. Have reached out to customer service team who sent me a link to reset my password…. AGAIN…. Hoping they can fix this issue on the app

Been with Marley spoon for about 2 months. During that time more then a half of my boxs been stolen, just because they can’t follow up the instructions and were delivering them at different times and leaving them outside of our building. Still didn’t get my money back from the last order I didn’t received. Funny, because my roommate doesn’t have that problem🤔

Changed my password multiple times to try to log into the app - will let me log in online but says incorrect password on the app each time so unable to use the app

Very frustrating!!!

Not super impressed and will be going back the Every Plate once the discounts run out. First box delayed due to production delay. 2nd box delayed due to public holiday, but the public holiday was yesterday, my box was due today and I only found out today that it was being delayed. It’s not really good enough. Will I get my 3rd box in time? It really throws out meal planning and budgeting when it’s delayed, as I do not have an affordable grocery store nearby

Would be 5 stars but some recent update broke the “start cooking” button so now it doesn’t work.

As of the last release, pressing the “start cooking” button does not open the cooking instructions anymore.

The plus button only works to add recipes. There’s no way to remove recipes

After terminating my subscription twice now I will not be returning. They do not compensate for any mistakes made on their end. I’ve had a few little problems over the course of my subscription but this has got to be the worst. My delivery didn’t come and when I asked about it they said it was changed on their end to come 5 days later, technical mistake, whatever. I spend extra money to get groceries in the meantime as my box was already paid for. My changed delivery dates finally comes and my meals were not sent at all only my add ons I ordered (a brownie). They apologised and started to process a refund and said I will have to wait for the funds to return. I feel for the people who don’t have the extra money in their budget to make up for their mistakes as they don’t compensate at all. I cancelled my subscription once and for all and will not return. You must do better if people are relying on you for their meals, not everyone can afford to spend that extra bit of money to make up for Marley Spoon’s mistakes. It’s simply not good enough!

Hi - good app and offering just wanted to put in a suggestion of including the recipe times in the preview section when selecting meals for the week rather than needing to click into each meal to see how long it takes. Thanks.
