I think Marissa from online customer service served me tonight. I had issues logging into my account and she managed to get it sorted through chat. Thank you so much for your patience. I really appreciated all your help. We got disconnected so I didn’t get a chance to thank her.
My child signed up for a subscription using my card and I was un aware. I got no notification that the first box had been sent out until I curiously opened the app on my phone wondering why it was there. I then tried everything to cancel the subscription but still right now I can’t cancel it. I managed to skip the next three days but don’t know what to do after that. I’m really stressing.
Completed a survey on Insta and was called literally a minute later telling me I had won a promotion. It was super simple and easy over the phone set up with no issues all questions answered. I highly recommend hello fresh because of their easy breezy application that allows you to tailor your own recipes with a personalised menu every week based off of your preferences. They have great incentives for if you refer a friend and they use your code which is also super easy as they have multiple ways to market. They also have a “skip this week” option for if you so choose not to use it one week, you don’t have to so you won’t be billed. Try it once just to test it out it’s allot cheaper than going to the supermarket and the recipes are super yummy!
Can’t go wrong with these bad boys, as a busy tradie and a guy without a lot of cooking skills hello fresh has been incredibly good value

As a vegan, I was skeptical about the potential range of meals, but the variety is amazing, and the flavour in each vegan meal is like a restaurant meal every night. Also, it really is affordable because I’m no longer buying food in the supermarket that I end up putting in the compost. As a person who can’t cook well, I’m suddenly eating fabulous meals rather than boiled vegetables from the supermarket- I highly recommend hello fresh - so great

I have just had $134 withdrawn from my Account totally Unauthorised and Unexpected. I haven’t used this service for at least 2 or 3 month,which was only once as I am always struggling for every penny ,no longer owning a car and relying on Charitiesto eat and only last week being diagnosed with Cancer. I found some deal on Facebook where by using a code I got a very cheap deal, I am so so extra broke and very depressed and now whilst trying to prepare for Hospital stays and procedure I have been left with $4.34 to last me 9 days Do Not Ever give them your Bank Details ever and FML HELLO FRESH THANKS FOR JUST TOPPING THINGS OFF. AND NO I HAVENT HAD A DELIERY OF ANY KIND except the 1st and definitely my last one.
Really disappointed with the flavour so far only had 2 recipes I would re order the rest where average
I signed up to Hello Fresh in June. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription since early July. The food was cheap and nasty and poor quality. I succeeded in ceasing them for about 3 weeks. Then spontaneously last week they started billing my credit card again and sending me deliveries. I’m not receiving them because I’m living in Thailand now and the address they are sending them to is in Australia. This is a really shonky company. I’ve put a stop on my credit card and my old building mgr in Australia is tossing the packages into the garbage when they arrive. There seems no end in sight.
