软件开发者根本不知道用户需要什么
界面优化后根本不好用，各种分数在界面上体现的不直观；每次都要调半天才能查到需要的数据，软件开发的人员有没有真正的了解用户真正需要的是什么？？？
更新之后花里胡哨
一堆没有用的功能，界面优化不够，找个东西找半天，做为多个品牌的供应商，Medallia的开发者做的东西越更新越垃圾
