J’utilise l’app tous les jours, j’ai acces en un coup d’oeil aux derniers commentaires de mes clienys et j’adore pouvoir rappeler en 2 clicks directement depuis l’app
Regrette Medallia 2
Je regrette cette mise à jour, nous ne pouvons plus utiliser Medallia 2. Il n’y a plus de code couleur avec les pts sur les graphiques si nous sommes au dessus du benchmark ou en dessous. Très long à charger et pas optimiser pour les nouveaux appareils iOS. Avec l’encoche les barres de réglage en haut à droite ce confondent avec la batterie. Le graphisme est bon mais manques d’optimisation, de fluidité et de praticité. Je pense qu’ils faut revoir la copie par rapport au nombre de personnes qui l’utilisent pour suivre leurs objectifs. Vous pouvez me contacter pour que je vous explique de vive voix les différents problèmes.
