App does not work if you are outside Pakistan!!!!
I used to really like this app but every time I travel outside Pakistan it stops working. I was able to still make it work somehow. But after the last update I have NO WAY of logging in. If I enter login info it redirects me to take pictures of my fingers / biometrics. Once that is successfully completed it simply gives an error to say “this feature is not available in your location” well then why is it asking for it in the first place?! Also once you set up Face ID I’ve noticed it only works a couple of times & then you have to set it again. Now I can’t log in, can’t set Face ID or do anything because it keeps asking for biometrics that DO NOT WORK! This has been happening for over a month and I’m clearly not the only person experiencing issues yet they have done nothing to fix it! If you call the helpline they are extremely useless in helping if you are out of the country.
Unable to login from abroad
I’m not able to login after I changed my App Store country. It says update the app and no update is available.
Can’t log in
Worst bank and app ever, they updated the app to add more security with biometrics but every time you launch it the app crashes you try ways like the desktop and then asks for OTP that it will never send and when you try contacting them no response what so ever. Close your accounts and run far away from this bank.
Not updating
I live overseas and make my payments in back home but currently app is not updating please fix. It
Annoying update
Despite otp, it asks for biometric scan using camera and can’t even match scans from nadra. Very poor service. Plus they removed adding beneficiary feature from web app. I don’t even use their mobile app. I have always used web app. Now this feature is gone and annoying mobile app won’t login. I would give it 0 star.
The update is a disaster for immigrants
With your biometric update, I don't have access to the mobile app anymore. I have tried to voice out at all forums but no resolution.
App doesn’t work at all
Always asking for biometrics as soon as you activate the app crashes.
Biometrics aren’t working
Finger prints are NOT working. We have lost access to this stupid feature. Why can’t you do facial features check like everyone else?
Can’t open the app says update but there is none
How can I update ! When I try to open app says update but there is none available . My funds are stuck and I don’t live in Pakistan . What steps needed to fix this let me know
