This app is so dog water. Always late or never arrive. P word a word c word

Useless company with shady business practises. Refuses to refund unless you threaten them with small claims and bribes people with $5 vouchers if they leave a bad review.

This app was good for a while, different options to uber eats etc, now I can’t even get a driver assigned to my order at dinner time on the weekend, DELETED. Complain and get brick walled by a person who doesn’t care, they offer you a $5 voucher, what an absolute joke. SCAM APP.

I ordered 2 items worth 23.50$ as per the website of island fusion but paid 30.50$ through the app on total as the app had increased the price of both items. I get a call from the restaurant that my order has been made and is ready for collection because the restaurant is closing and no one has collected my order for delivery. If i have to collect my order then why am i paying a surcharge of 6.50$?!

They don’t provide refunds for goods undelivered, only a voucher that doesn’t include service costs and so you pay that on top of needing to max out the voucher value to be able to use it. Aside from asking for a refund as both orders were never delivered, the help was difficult to get a response from (app and email) and they’ll cut off the chat to end the conversation even if a resolution hasn’t been reached.

Terrible customer service, misinformation in regards to delivery times, preparation etc.

Takes 40 minutes to deliver from route that should only take 5-10min. App says “we lost courier signal” for other half of delivery and nothing works. Driver has been parked outside liquor store for 20min (somewhere very far away from the place he picked up my order from and nowhere close to me). Really dissatisfied with this..

It’s easy to order. But I don’t receive any rewards for shopping with it. They get promised, but there’s always catches.

Waited just over two hours for my food as they didn’t have drivers. I tried to cancel my order as the restaurant told me they were sent a message not to cook my order because there are no drivers but AYN and told me no won’t refund me coz my order is on the way to my house LIAR LIAR because I called the restaurant again and they told me my order is still on hold coz Menulog has no drivers. I asked for a refund a few times and same answer. All they did was lied and lied. Do better for the next poor person that’s going to use your useless app. I hope people read these review so they don’t use this garbage of an app. I wish I did! DO NoT use this app and just saying that this is ZERO stars but it’s stupid we have to put a star

EVERY single time I have to relog in yo use the app. tells me one I am using is not current even if I update 2 minutes earlier. there is nothing to commend this app or this service
