Loved the app until yesterday. While in a store I got a notification that I left my car unlocked (love this feature!). Go to the app to lock my car only to find that after the app update, I can do nothing. None of my usual features (lock status, mileage, tire pressure, etc) appear. I need this fixed!

We have used Mercedes Me in three vehicles since 2021 and love the ease of use.

Dear Mercedes, I hope this feedback finds you well. I wanted to express my desire for the US version of the Mercedes me connect app to be updated soon, allowing us to utilize Apple widgets. It would be incredibly convenient if this feature could be made available. I find it puzzling that the app in other countries has seen such diverse updates, yet the US version lacks even the ability to use Apple widgets. Integrating Apple widgets into the Mercedes me connect app would greatly enhance the user experience, providing quick access to important information right from the home screen. Many users, including myself, rely on widgets for efficient access to relevant data. It would be wonderful if the US version of the app could match the level of functionality and versatility found in other country versions. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that you will consider implementing this update in the near future. The lock and unlock function of this app is completely unreliable. I used to leave my keys locked in the car when I went to the gym. After a few times of having the app tell me my vehicle was unlocked or running and not giving me an unlock option, I’m done trusting it. The My Mercedes service is equally worthless for helping out, though they can offer information such as “get your second set of keys or call Roadside assistance,” then have the audacity to ask how else they can be of assistance.

App is very useful but there are a few things it should cover that it should.

Love the app I had problems with in the beginning not starting car, but it has been successfully starting my car for quite sometime now.

The Mercedes app adds another layer of the luxury of convenience that Benz is very well known for delivering the best of.
