I’m simply shaking my head! I had to pay $150, just to add “Remote Start” to the packages I already had paid for. That’s very disappointing customer service, and I had to spent about an hour on the phone just to add the “Remote Start” feature. Ed Military Veteran

I just saw a message saying this app will be non functioning OCTOBER 15, 2023. What will happen to my ability to start the vehicle and check it's other stats once this app is no longer working? The other app only works for 2019 and newer, does that mean 2018 and below just are out of luck for those services? It's pretty messed up for those users if so.

very disappointed. I thought it be much easier to use and standard equipment. it should be functioning throughout the term of your lease.

Fails to start

Lately I have not been able to use the app to turn on my car. For the last two weeks I keep getting an error message that says system error, we’ll be up and running shortly, it’s been two weeks!

This app was working fine till recently. It’s been giving me the System Error message for weeks, even after reinstalling it numerous times it still doesn’t work. Feeling so frustrated that I can’t use any of the remote and tracking functions now. BTW my car is a 2018 GLS.

So remote start is a cool feature and mostly used… but it is very in reliable.. today when trying to start got a message can’t start but then I went to the car and it was running !?!

Terrible app. Takes forever to even open. Only starts the car one out of five times. Always states “failed due to a technical error.” When the door is opened, the car automatically shuts off and has to be restarted. Just not worth the hassle.

By far the worst app ever. Sad attempt by Mercedes Benz. It never works when I need it to.
