Le plus simple est le plus efficace, génial

Poor cropping

Scans leave background edges around documents.

Slow

ndavislaw on

I can only upload on card at a time. Very slow.

Personal scanning blocked

edk012 on

United States

The company I work for uses Microsoft and has things locked down so data can’t be saved to my personal device. Totally get it for scans using my work account, but if I’m on my personal account then saving to my own device should not be blocked.

No longer keeps me logged in

Applejacks910 on

United States

At some point in the last year, the app was updated and now no longer keeps me logged in. It’s a huge pain to log in because I have to continually type in my entire email and then use Authenticator, which sometimes doesn’t work. This creates huge friction when wanting to use Lena to make a quick save of an important document. This used to be one of my favorite apps and had previously recommended it to many. Now I am looking for an alternative. Developer should know that login issues are a huge problem for adoption and retention.

No more pdf?

A:A:A on

United States

The app is not making a pdf file from multiple pages scans.

Login Issues leave it crippled

Daniel T2 on

United States

Lens could be great, especially with the fact that it’s supposedly designed to integrate with Microsoft products. But it won’t keep my account logged in, it erases whatever scans you’ve taken if you login after scanning, and it takes some effort to make sure you’re logged in, much less warning you that your account has been disconnected when it starts. A sad example of a business that seems to be sacrificing what it’s done well to make useless AI tools.

No skew correction?

Darchrow on

United States

The several scanner apps I tried have skewed edge correction except this app. So stupid.

Way more effective and FREE vs competitors

No-brainer choice in the image capture market for windows users.
