IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The MindDoc App is a risk class I medical product according to Annex VIII, Rule 11 of the MDR (REGULATION (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices)

Intended Medical Purpose:

The MindDoc monitoring and self-management application medical device provides continuous long-term sign and symptom monitoring of common mental disorders. This protocol is supplemented by courses and exercises. This enables users to recognize patterns in their symptom trajectories which then can be shared with a mental health care provider and used for self-management.

MindDoc thus

provides users orientation regarding the need to consult a mental health care provider by providing an assessment of the general emotional health. A mental health care provider then can include the summary of the protocols in his overall diagnostic and clinical assessment.

enables users to self-manage symptoms and related problems by providing both transdiagnostic and disorder-specific evidence-based courses and exercises which help them to recognize, understand, and cope with signs and symptoms of mental disorders by self-initiating behavior change.

The application explicitly does not replace the diagnosis by a mental health care provider, but can only give orientation on whether to consult a mental health care provider who then can include the results of the medical device in diagnostic processes.

The application explicitly does not replace psychotherapy.

Please read the regulatory information (e.g., warnings) and instruction for use as provided on our medical device site: https://minddoc.com/medizinprodukt

My entries don’t save. Ive already reached out to the support team but their solutions don’t work

Result issue

haezelan on

There are times that my results come in late, but just in a couple of minutes. However, this time it’s already past half a day and I still haven’t received it. I’m quite worried. It will be good if this is going to be fixed. Thank you!

Very Helpful

Nice app that keeps track of my moods. Also gives appropriate questions that really helps me understand mu emotions. This is a great app! Especially in the middle of pandemic!

Best mood tracker app!

Chynna S on

This app has been life-changing. Being able to track your mood has been so helpful. I first used their app on Feb 2020 and got a subscription immediately after. Worth the money! Got the help I needed and saw how my mood gradually improved. I’m reinstalling it now because the pandemic has been tough on me but really kudos to the team, the designers, the developers, everyone for such a helpful product.

Good app

It helps me in analyzing myself too

Helpful but rooms for improvement

angelsutumn on

I think the selling point of this app that makes it unique from anything offered so far is that it’s actually a certified medical device. I felt reassured that whenever I needed “proof” of my mental health, I can just send the generated doctor’s letters to my teachers, my employers (even your skeptical parents). However the cons: - it’s strict in terms of time. If you miss an entry — good luck. You cannot at all go back to put an entry. I understand this is to make the information reliable, but I personally have Executive Function Deficit. I cannot execute tasks on time sometimes, especially when I’m overloaded (and I’m usually overloaded). So it feels bad for me to see all those missed entry times when I still have taken note of them — I just can’t put them in the app at all! - Diagnosis results (for the doctor’s letter) seem limited. They give you a short blurb about what you must be experiencing based on your 2 weeks. I know we can just google but it would be great if it would even have links on how to improve the symptom (for example focus)

1 week on the going.

It’s a very good app for those people who are not open and has a bad time in trusting people. These app can help prevent self-harm and suicides, in my opinion. This app help you to improve oneself and I encourage people especially teens to download this. Thumbs-up!

Crashing and lagging

Suckerheads on

The app keeps on crashing and lagging. Also, whenever I set the time for custom notifications it resets and I didn’t receive any notification for the questions.

Helped me a lot!

adachismc on

This app made me realize that what I was experiencing wasn’t normal and it pushed me to actually get professional help. Although sone questions are a bit too leading and might lead people to actually feel like they are experiencing things that are being asked, it can still help you realize that you might have not noticed things that are actually occurring. Overall a great app, nice interface and all!
