I am using an iPad and have been willing to switch to Linux as my desktop operating system for a while. Until now sharing files in between these ecosystems has been a nightmare, because the only Cloud swrvice that integrates nicely into iOS is the iCloud. However this app provides everything I could ask for in a one time purchase, is easy to use and nicely integrated into the Files App as well. 5/5 please never stop development!

It’s never synchronized. All the files and the folders are “out of sync.” This app has never worked for me. Sync thing just works everywhere. But with this app, the synchronization process is just stale at some percentage in the middle. That’s all about shy of a megabyte of data to synchronize! I just suddenly remembered that last week I put up data for sync, and now I realize it’s not complete yet. The target machine is recognized, all fine. Only the data won’t move. There’s not a single byte written to the target folder.
Paid for the app some time ago to have Syncthing on my iPad, latest iPadOS of course. Updates with new Syncthing internally were already rare as it is and now the last update made the app/Syncthing forget its own Syncthing name, the shared folder(s) and the connected other nodes, great stuff... ... NOT!
Möbius Sync with syncthing „under the hood“ seems to be the only way to implement a real 2-way sync on iOS. At the moment I still need another step to get images out of Apple Photoz and I don’t get them in again but rather in an external folder. It would be great if a sync out and in Apple Photos were possible as well.
Die App ist eine tolle Möglichkeit um Syncthing auf iOS zu bringen. Das Timing kann man einstellen und durch öffnen eine Synchronisierung forcieren. Was schade ist, dass es keine Family Sharing des In-App-Kaufs gibt, um die Familien-"Anhängsel" zu versorgen und ranzuhängen.
Unfortunately now it has stopped because the .stfolder is missing. I can’t create that folder as it is reserved for the system according to the files app. Unsure how to use this again. Almost paid for it.
Eine gute App, die im iOS Ökosystem eine echte Lücke füllt. Leider scheint die Entwicklung eingeschlafen zu sein. Sehr schade, hätte gerne auch in Zukunft drauf gesetzt. Ergänzung: Entwickler hat geäußert, dass das Projekt nicht tot ist und der Core mindestens einmal pro Jahr aktualisiert werden soll. Bewertung einen Stern nach oben korrigiert.
Sync funktioniert. Sprache wird nicht gespeichert, nach App Neustart ist die Sprache wieder auf englisch. Scheint selten Updates zu geben, ich hoffe diese App wird weiter gepflegt. Power Sync funktioniert Quick Sync funktioniert bei mir nicht. Option für Foto Upload wäre noch gut.
Very nice app, it just works. A way to sync the phones photo library would make it perfect.
