Meine Wallbox kann nicht in die App vernünftig interveniert werden Also laden nicht möglich Hilfsweisen auf englisch, dänisch und spanisch! Ich lerne dann vorher noch eine Fremdsprache damit ich Hilfe finde? Bekloppt!
Unsauber Programmiert
Trotz Laden über andere Apps / Karten scheint sich die App anscheinend die Verbindung zu greifen und berechnet dann die eignen viel teurere Preise. Oder an sich ausgedachte Buchungen (mein 77 kWh Wagen soll 80 KWh geladen haben). App wieder gelöscht, hoffe die merkwürdigen Buchungen hören auf.

Beste App für Roaming!
In meinen Augen die beste App für Roaming per App. Einfach zu bedienen, übersichtlich und transparent.
Einfach zu benutzen und deckt alles ab
Super app! Finde immer eine öffentliche Station, kann aber auch mein Ladegerät zuhause smart steuern. Kriege sogar die Rückvergütung vom Arbeitgeber über die App, direkt nach jedem Ladevorgang. Transparenter geht‘s nicht.
Sehr schlechter Kundensupport
Hallo, Ich habe die App nicht mehr, weil ich bei einem Beratungsgespräch so sehr beleidigt wurde, dass ich sie gelöscht habe. Ich wollte die App bei mir zu Hause verwenden. Auf meine Fragen im Bezug auf den Vertrag usw. wurde mir gesagt, dass ich keinen Support von diesem Dienstleister bekomme und selbst, das Gespräch eigentlich nicht stattfinden dürfe, weil ich ja nichts für die App bezahle. Die 10% kosten die diese App mir verursacht haben die wohl vergessen. Diese App ist nicht zu empfehlen. Nur Abzocke.
