Just updated to the current version. Before the update could see all my orders due to be delivered on this app. Since the update can only see the next click-and-collect order, I can't see the two other future orders I have placed. Do Morrisons thoroughly test their updates before releasing them to their customers?

It is fine..I worked on software development and the programmers have done a good job. The profile and account details, Password access could do with a bit more of a polish logically and for those that like to log out make it easier to find. I like the default option of knowing your usual purchase and starting to fill your basket . Just quickly click the minus to get rid . It knows better than me usually then at checkout knows some more you have bought before or offers if you buy 2 .

Tried to place a click & collect order. Pick a free time slot. But final payment is £1.5 more than that of the order total. I declined the payment right away.

My order would be much bigger but many many items are out of stock and take a long time to come back this site does not seem to be looked after hence I have to look elsewhere for the rest of my groceries

Well I tried and tried later and later. I checked for little red advisory notes where I had to pay. Everything. I emailed Morrisons. Why can I never get through on this app? So I thought Try again. But first I checked which card number was entered. Not my current one. I entered my current card. It worked Now why can’t Morrisons send a card not recognised message instead of telling me to try again. Their loss. I halved the items on the list and reduced the amount by £40. I spent that on an Asda E shop instead.

Love the range, increasingly exotic and some real quality products, better than competitors. Prices are good, staff are lovely, helpful and cheerful. The click and collect is loved by my wife whereas I prefer the in-store experience; great to have the choice. Plants are a great bonus and really cheap good quality too.

Had to go in and out to set up new card or approve transaction.

Just love doing my shopping on line with Morrison. It’s so easy ,
