■ Smooth gimbal-like image stabilization
- With this application, you can create smooth videos using equipment that does not require a gimbal. *
In addition, since image stabilization is performed when editing, you can adjust the amount of image stabilization. For example, you can increase the magnification ratio of a video to increase the stabilization effect.
* The angle of view becomes narrow compared to when the video was recorded.

■ Intelligent framing
- If you change the aspect ratio of a movie from 16:9 to 1:1 to match the specifications of a social media site, the subject in the video is automatically framed using the lens information of the camera so that the subject does not frame out.
In addition, a distorted image can be corrected (projective transformation) as if the subject was captured from the front when framing.

■ Multi-aspect editing
- Since you can create videos with multiple aspect ratios from one video file, you can efficiently post to various social media sites.

■ Playback speed change and trimming
- By changing the playback speed, you can create impressive videos.
- With the trimming function, you can freely edit the length of a video.

■ Notes
- Using Imaging Edge Mobile, you can transfer videos that you want to edit with the Movie Edit add-on from your camera to your smartphone.

Doesn’t work with Mirrorless a6400...

Pretty disappointing... other reviews nail it...

Why only for RX0-M2?!

Sony have lots of camera and video functions I have sony compact and mirrorless camera and have hips of 4k or less quality videos, it can’t handle with this app It says only for RX0-M2 and i can’t use any video with this app Why you make this app Sony For what

App simply doesn’t function

The app can’t open video files recorded with the Sony A7iii - Sony’s own popular mirrorless. You record a video using the Sony A7iii, import it using Sony PlayEdge Memories or whatever that app is called, then switch to this to edit it and it says “This video cannot be edited because it was not recorded using a camera supported by this application”. HAHA. It’s YOUR camera! How can your own camera not be supported? And the video was imported using YOUR Playmemories app! It can’t get more native. I imagine it’s the same for the majority of Sony cameras since they’re all different but record with the same codecs. Doesn’t matter if it’s 4K or 1080p. Also can’t open any other type of video on an iOS device. So at this stage it sounds good, but is in fact 100% non functional and therefore useless. Sony, your customers keep saying this: you have unbelievably great products within your lineup, especially cameras. Your hardware is phenomenal. However your software design and integration is the worst in the market by a mile. UX design and basic connectivity and integration with your products is downright abysmal - learn from your competition and step up!
