Beautiful App & Shopping Experience!
I love this app but my one complaint is that when I’m browsing through my wish list I am brought back to the top of my list whenever I view an item. I hope that you can fix this because it’s annoying to have to re-scroll through my wish list to find where I left off.

Don’t Shop For Christmas
Order a coat for next day shipping, and my order is on hold until the transaction post to get a transaction id from my online banking for them able to be able to ship my order out.. Smh

Bad service
I recently purchased 2 items one on November 17th and the other on November 20th. Each item order was $1550. On November 21th each item went down to $1050. I tried calling and speaking with a manager to see if i can get a price adjustment rather than the company loosing out on $3k if i returned the items since its over $1k that i paid extra for the items. The agents i spoke with zizipho. Wouldn’t let me speak with a manager. The company didn’t want to price adjust any of the orders because i bought the last size 32,34 in the jeans. I have over 100 order with mrporter. They have no sympathy and are rhude when you call in. Management refused to speak with me. Will no longer be shopping here. Bad service and does not take care of their loyal clients
