There are lots of high-end in-line retailers out there… but these guys are doing everything right. The selection is fantastic. The photos and descriptions are bang on. The checkout effortless.

The Apple TV is not working...

Your Apple TV is crashing every time I try to open it... I only get the download bar and then... TRY AGAIN over and over

Service great, sizing info great, quick shipping and easy return process.

Missing info

When shopping on the app the final price summary doesn’t show the duties and taxes unlike the website. It comes as a surprise to see the higher price for each item upon checkout vs the price that appeared in the shopping bag. The website experience is more informative by showing the price of the items then the additional cost of duties and taxes.

Wifi Bug

Every time I use the app, items fail to load and my wifi discounts briefly until I close the app. It only happens with this app for some reason. iOS 11 iPhone X
