So Frustrating
I use the Mr Porter website all the time. I would love to use the App for but it’s just too temperamental. It crashes…. ALOT! Makes what is due to be an enjoyable purchase a frustrating one. Hope the developers can find a fix as it puts me off using the app.
Useless app
I don’t know what they have done to the app but it’s gone from being laser fast to have some of the highest latency between opening pages. Did they forget to do user testing? When it does work it says “oops something went wrong” and doesn’t load products. Absolute garbage.. have you fired your entire development team? If not may be you need to..
App crashing
App keeps crashing every time I try to click on a brand. Have deleted and reinstalled app. Still happening. Unusable for me currently.
Disaster
You have cancelled all my order I need to go on holiday I had to reorder
Heating issues
Re Every time I use the app my phone heats up reaching high temperatures which renders it unusable. Support ran a diagnostic test and found no issues with my device or its software. The app is up to date, same thing happened in previous versions. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Thank you for looking into the issue. If it turns out it wasn’t an app issue I will adjust the score Thank you
