Absolutely bad services
I absolutely dont recommended dealing something with the Mr. Porter, this is a terrible service at all stages, poor quality of items. If you decide to return you will regret it and in the end they still will not refund you the full amount, with holding part of the payment. Besides, any interaction with their customer support is unacceptably long and painful. I prefer farfetch, cettire, ssense. It’s can't even compare, mr porter is just a scam service.
Help needed to rectify issues in the app
I am constantly getting error messages when I try and view my orders. There are also errors in viewing my shOpping bag. Please can someone help correct Many thanks Amer Morshed

IPad app issues
IPad app still has annoying skip-back when scrolling. Been like this for ages, inconceivable why this can’t be fixed. P.s. great selection of products, but avoid the customer service, it’s rubbish.
