The Bowers & Wilkins Music app provides you with the ability to set-up and control your Bowers & Wilkins Formation-enabled products including Zeppelin and Panorama 3. It also supports the set-up and management of our Bowers & Wilkins wireless headphones.
Headphones
Once you have set-up the Bowers & Wilkins Headphones via the Music app, you can adjust the active noise cancelling while also allowing some ambient sound through to provide awareness of your surroundings. As well as playing music to your headphones, you can check battery levels and preserve power via the standby timer.

Bowers & Wilkins Music also brings together all your music streaming services, podcasts and online radio stations in one elegant app.
With TIDAL, Qobuz, TuneIn, NTS Radio, Dash Radio and other services included, plus support for more being added regularly, the Bowers & Wilkins Music app gives you personalised music recommendations plus exclusive access to curated Bowers & Wilkins content.

How can they make an app so unstable and with so many bugs!
Pairing app
I have the zeppelin wireless speaker and can’t use the app . Ps. I have the first gen. not the one with Alexa built in. I put my speaker into Bluetooth pairing mode (blue light flashing ) and the app won’t pick it up Also please note it’s on the same network Please help
Hey B&W you didn’t listen to the people !!!!
I bought the pi7 s2… first: the overall volume is too low!!! The first version is way louder !!! Second: WHERE IS OUR EQ IN THE APP ?!?! We asked for it with the first version, we asked ask for it with the second version AND…. No EQ at all !!!!! Don’t answer to us: we want you to listen to the music like we intend!!!! You put an EQ in the PX8 app!!!!!! And i remember you that the PX8 are the top of the line at B&W !!!
Great app, battery reliability
The app is positively simple, easy to use, and comprehensive. However, the battery indicator is unreliable and seems to be problematic. Hope we’ll have an update soon to fix it.
Intrusive
I should start by stating I love the p7 headset. It works so well in my semi truck both to listen to things and to have a conversation. It is a noisy environment and the noise cancelling works perfectly so whomever I’m talking to can hear me clearly. HOWEVER… this app is way too intrusive. I absolutely DO NOT need nor want it to open when I turn on the headset to listen to something and interrupt it. Then I need to close the app, re-open the source and resume. I have deleted the app for this reason. It should be used to configure the headset then deleted or you may endure the frustration. Apple 13 pro max
Brutal App
Sometimes connects to B&W Flex, other times it’s completely useless. Sometimes it will play the music, other times it will pick a random volume and not allow any adjustment whatsoever. Sometimes it shows the volume bar just to make you think it works, and other times you hit pause to play and play to pause. A joke of an app for a company this size advertising that their products are streamlined.
I don’t get it
Why I need to create an account simply to configure my sound bar is beyond me. I would have never bought this if I knew this was the direction B&W was heading for.
Panorama 3
Just received our Panorama 3, no support for it via the App at this time, even though the App was just updated, and the manual and B&W website says the App supports it. My Panorama 3 is a very expensive TV speaker at this point… FAIL!!
