The Bowers & Wilkins Music app provides you with the ability to set-up and control your Bowers & Wilkins Formation-enabled products including Zeppelin and Panorama 3. It also supports the set-up and management of our Bowers & Wilkins wireless headphones.

Headphones
Once you have set-up the Bowers & Wilkins Headphones via the Music app, you can adjust the active noise cancelling while also allowing some ambient sound through to provide awareness of your surroundings. As well as playing music to your headphones, you can check battery levels and preserve power via the standby timer.

Formation-enabled Products
Bowers & Wilkins Music also brings together all your music streaming services, podcasts and online radio stations in one elegant app.

With TIDAL, Qobuz, TuneIn, NTS Radio, Dash Radio and other services included, plus support for more being added regularly, the Bowers & Wilkins Music app gives you personalised music recommendations plus exclusive access to curated Bowers & Wilkins content.

Formation set-up and configuration – Power up your formation-enabled products, connect to your Wi-Fi network, choose your Space, and start listening. Add more formation-enabled products, enable extra capabilities such as Bluetooth® streaming, and evolve your products through regular software updates.

I don’t like the bowers and Wilkins app, at all. SoundCloud is fine, 5 stars. not Bowers and Wilkins.

Speakers are wonderful. App is horrible trash. Won’t connect to Alexa, will only play some songs on SoundCloud (others have spaces error), suggests albums we don’t use license to. Whoever develops this has clearly never tested it. Total junk.

Great Speaker - Awful Awful App

My speaker is great, but I would return it if I could only because of the app. App is necessary to make it work. Constantly signs you out. Will forget the speaker if the speaker is unplugged, loses power, or for no reason at all.

Please add more functionality

Give us the ability to adjust the EQ. Add filters to allow users to get to the default sound signature. Add the ability to keep a volume limit like 80db.

Volume control

In the fomation series, please make the volume display method start at 6 o'clock. Also, when running the app, allow external inputs such as optical to be controlled with physical volume buttons.

It’s not working!

My Zeppelin paired, music running. App not responding. It’s just can’t find my Zeppelin Wireless…

Account log in nonsense

You should not be forced to create an account and log in to use app features.

Bluetooth issues with latest update

I’m having constant problems pairing the iPhone15 with Bluetooth. Cannot pair with my formation bar and formation bass anymore. Come on B&W fix the app!

Review for the app not for the headsets

Why does one need to have an account with Bower and Wilkins to use an app to manage the headphones sitting on their head? What purpose does it server accept to annoy the users and/or spy on them? It’s is absolutely unhinged especially that these noise canceling headphones will probably be used on an airplane WITHOUT connectivity!! Bower and Wilkins is completely disconnected from reality.

Disappointing and Nearly Useless

EQ adjustments are bass and treble. That’s it. For $800 dollar PX8’s, users should have full customization of the EQ here. Home page in the app is pointless as well. Just delete it. Full of insignificant widgets. Also, no connection to Apple Music or Spotify through the app. Why? Just a bunch of music services that most people don’t use at all. Give us full spectrum, stepless EQ adjustment in a more intuitive, practical design with connection to the top music services.
