MWH: Fitness + Wellness

WARNING - I have been paying for this subscription for 5 months but when I logged in it says I have no active membership. Flagged this to customer service who have done less than nothing to help me. Be very careful signing up.

i recently cancelled my card and had to resubscribe my membership with the new details. I have been subscribing to mwh for years now so was pretty disappointed to see that international customers are being charged nearly DOUBLE what US customers are!!! Showing $9.99 monthly but then when i pay it is £14.95 (equiv to US $19). This should 100% be the same price no matter where you subscribe from.

I have been using this app for ages and love it but the latest update brings my iPad's battery from 100 to 0% in a few hours. I have to uninstall it until this is fixed.

The app relaunched and is now so glitchy. I did MWH exclusively throughout the pandemic but have had to stop due to injury as there are no proper cues about form to prevent this. Disappointing.

I’ve tried Melissa Wood Health app for a couple of months because I’ve liked the initial aesthetic and marketing appeal. Later I’ve discovered she doesn’t have any Pilates or yoga related degrees and her workouts are a gimmick from the actual instructors. There’s a Reddit sub with comments from the people who were injured after her workouts. Stay away

I’ve always been an all or. I thing workout person but finally with this app I’ve been consistent for a long time and feeling such great changes. Keeps me in sound mind and sound body. Get it and do the workouts… I only like Melissa as a trainer on the app though. The others are lovely but I prefer her voice now I’m used to it.

I pay for this service but the app is telling me I cannot watch any of the videos. I have contacted the company numerous times, Melissa directly and commented on posts. It has been over a month and I am still yet to hear from anyone, mind about have it fixed. Atrocious customer service.

The app went through an update 3 weeks ago. This made me loose access to the services because it kept displaying that it did not recognise my email. I emailed customer service and received no response, I reached out on social media to which I had 4 messages to say customer service will get back to you and they never did. Now decided to cancel the app as it has been a waste of money.

Love the Melissa Wood Health app - brilliant workouts all presented in an atmosphere of positive energy.

The only way to wake Up is to this gorgeous human !! The workouts are the perfect timings and no excuse as everyone can fit something in and it changes your mindset for the day. I try to stick to 5-7 days and if I miss a few days I jump straight back on. Used to think hrs in the gym was the way to stay slim and healthy but this just proves consistently is key.
