Melissa Wood-Tepperberg started sharing her workouts on her iPhone and a simple tripod from her living room. The community has grown a lot since then, but the heart of MWH has remained the same. The foundation of this practice has always been about using what you have available to you, whenever, wherever you are. No matter how much time you have available to you (5, 10, 20 minutes, etc), there is something you can do, everyday, to better both your body and your mind.

All paid accounts on melissawoodhealth.com automatically renew at the end of their terms. The subscription renewal date will always be the day immediately following the end date of your current subscription period. The card used for the subscription purchase will be charged at the end of the term outlined in your receipt, unless it is updated prior to the renewal date. If you wish to cancel your account, you can do so at any time. Once your account has been cancelled, you will retain access to all paid features throughout the remainder of the term you purchased. If we are unable to process your renewal, your account may temporarily be suspended from access to paid features; your account will not be deleted, and no information will be lost or removed. If you subscribe to MWH via iTunes, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase and your membership will automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription will be renewed within 24-hours before the end of each period at the rate of your selected plan. Turn off auto-renewal anytime through iTunes.

I like quick workouts, especially when I don’t feel like exercising and then I even stay for two of them sometimes … If you do it many times a week you can really see it changes your body, without to big effort. I definitely advise you to tray MWH!

There is weekly schedule which keeps me motivated and classes are not long so I can work out every day with my busy schedule And it’s my go to app on holidays. Never missed a class for a year Highly recommend it

The perfect balance between feeling your muscles work and respecting your body

I was hesitant to start Melissa’s workouts because they looked “boring” and a bit dull for my taste. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Her method is the epitome of MINDFUL movement. You feel every muscle in your body, more grounded because you move your core and hips, while at the same time it’s all about respecting your body, not punishing it with hardcore HIIT.
