My Airtel Africa

I have an Apple 11 Pro and after the update the app tells me that I have to have an Airtel simcard (which I have) to register (?) The app is no longer working now and does not recognise my sim I guess. Developers can you look into this?

A very useful app for my 4G Mi-Fi user. It makes it easy to interface with my device. However, it will be good if we have a provision for sending and receiving messages. This also allows us to see any other notifications. Additionally, since the last update; using the app for OTT payment in Uganda keeps failing - giving a notification that the “transaction has failed”. You need to correct this. If you work on these two issues, I will rate your app with 5 stars. Thanks!

Airtel network is absolute rubbish and a waste of money.customer care service zero Zero efficiency!!

I don’t usually do this but then am forced to because this is the 3rd time I subscribed for data bundle on the app without getting any data. Am very angry this time. Is annoying how you paid for a service and you didn’t get it. Please do something about that.

You take advantage of the corrupt system in this country to milk your subscribers of their hard earned money by offering a small amount of data at high cost, yet it does not last as expected. Your app should also have a feature to show us our data consumption.

You guys have started stealing from your customers…how would someone recharge get debit and no airtime is reflected…the other day I did my subscription and I still never saw it for 3 days straight even till now the subscription is not reflecting…including my sister as well you guys a criminals
