Pointless and irritating

It never quite works the way it’s supposed to and even when they say they’ll work on something they never do.

Too much bad service

For like 2 weeks now , the network connection is too slow and bad in Lagos nigeria we’d be glad if you can fix the problem

Very Unreliable

This app will not open unless I have data access via another mobile carrier. They essentially block themselves from being “opened” without data. How stupid is that? Another reason to stay with Safaricom Kenya.

Have not been having issue with airtel before but this time it’s just I wish I could give them zero start cause it’s annoying why I borrowed credit and it didn’t even show and they ask me to pay back what I didn’t use gosh airtel made me loose my trust in them for real this is badd

Seamless and easy to use

Not showing correct balances

The balances on the main page are not reflecting actual values. When I renew a plan, it shows 0 even though I have minutes and data gigabytes. On the positive side, the app is easy to navigate.

Data theft

I purchased a 500 2GB data bundle, and received a message confirming the transaction was successful. However, when I checked my data balance and transaction history, I couldn't find the bundle. This is my first time using this app, and I'm really disappointed. I strongly advise against using it. The customer service also wasn't helpful at all.

Rubbish app

Your app is so wack. So if I use one number to register, I’m not allowed to use another number later. Logged out and tried to sign in/register with another number, it won’t let me type in the new number, only suggesting the old one. Had to delete the app and reinstall it, but still I can’t use a different number 👎🏽 I could have rated 0 if there’s a way I can.

Poor service

Your services are so poor… imagine, how can I made recharge and it couldn’t added to my balance instead, it was automatically used to buy a data. Who ask you that? Nonsense

Recommendation

This is a good App especially if you are using iPhone X, it’s very fast 😎😀 unbelievable
