My Airtel Africa

I guess Airtel is the worst network in Zambia. It says you have LTE/4G signla but internet is not working even in Lusaka. They send you SMS promotions - activate any data bundle today to get double data, yeah activated and received nothing. They have no support service. They will hang up the call instead if helping you. Overall - Trash!

Airtel network is absolute rubbish and a waste of money.customer care service zero Zero efficiency!!

I don’t usually do this but then am forced to because this is the 3rd time I subscribed for data bundle on the app without getting any data. Am very angry this time. Is annoying how you paid for a service and you didn’t get it. Please do something about that.

You take advantage of the corrupt system in this country to milk your subscribers of their hard earned money by offering a small amount of data at high cost, yet it does not last as expected. Your app should also have a feature to show us our data consumption.

You guys have started stealing from your customers…how would someone recharge get debit and no airtime is reflected…the other day I did my subscription and I still never saw it for 3 days straight even till now the subscription is not reflecting…including my sister as well you guys a criminals
