My Airtel Africa

Used to work great until I switched devices and now it fails to log in when I request an OTP on the new device despite even updating the app to the latest available version. Now am forced to use the USSD code and can’t view my recent transactions and statements

I am getting an error message reading “This feature is currently not available “ when I enter my Zambian number. Why is that?

It was working pretty good and over a sudden it logged itself out. When I put my number to send an OTP it says put a number that is valid on your device.

What could be the problem?

Can airtel agent use this up for transaction?

No reference field on goods and services

The Airtel iOS app is simply impressive. It has a user-friendly interface, seamless account management, personalized offers, responsive customer support, and strong security measures. Airtel has done an excellent job with this app, making it a must-have for Airtel users on iOS.

App was great,but and an update kicked me out and can’t sign in again. It is asking for a iCloud Private Relay to be turned off, i mean, how can turn it off cause one needs a subscription of iCloud+ fro apple to have private relay on or off ☹️☹️

Why does the app need us to turn off our privacy settings on iPhone to get started?
