App is useless these days.

I used to use this App a lot but it is now glitchy and doesn’t communicate with my vehicle anymore. BMW should be embarrassed.

No longer works for older vehicles

All the connected drive and remote services have been removed for older vehicles in Australia. For my seven year old car this app is now useless.

Locked Out Of Car

Being able to lock the car before a run, yet being unable to unlock the car afterwards was horrendous. Still waiting for a response from the BMW Connected Drive Team to find out why.

Damn annoying and dangerous autolaunching feature

This app creates a dangerous situation every time I drive the car as it auto launches not long after starting the car, sometimes 30seconds or so after driving overriding my other navigation app I use on my iPhone. Every time this happens I have to switch apps when driving taking my eyes off the road while trying to do this. There I no option to turn this autolaunch feature off and I have tried all the other iOS and app settings to no avail. Someone will crash their car at some point.

Great App

This app works well gives you information on the car when at home and in the office. Opens the car when the car keys are indoors As with all BMW is customer focused deliveries as requested and integrates with your car

Asks one to manually login and set a new pin EVERY TIME

This app gets worse by the week Not only do they keep taking out functionality but they not can’t even retain the login information - you have to manually open a browser to put in login info each time AND set a new pin EACH time This is a massive step backwards from the old BMW CONNECTED app 😔

What on earth have you done to the my bmw app map? It’s plain. Doesn’t show shops or eateries etc. I used to be able to have Google maps that showed the places I drive to. Now there’s nothing. No Woolworths, no eateries, no location I may want to visit. Basically useless. Please fix or let people know how to change maps because I find nothing in app giving me that availability. 🤷🏼‍♀️ For a new BMW it’s pretty lousy.

BUG - Apple Watch Complication

Seems the latest version (4.3.3) has broken the Apple Watch complication icon My watch face should have a BMW logo Now I have two dashes in its place. Tapping the dashes still opens the watch app, but it is still a bug.

Great but….

A really important app to me. It would be great to see Apple Watch functionality increased to allow lock and unlock, without the need for a phone nearby. My cell watch needs to connect to phone for some reason. Hard to go for a surf without taking a phone. Also, since renewing my subscription, I can no longer send addresses to the car nav system.

What a bust!

I gave this 4 stars because it said the car sales man still hasn’t created a new Profile. Please change the 320i’s Profiles soon as we turn on the car the next day. Thanks!
