I am in Saudi Arabia. I received an error once i enter my VIN number. Most likely our area is not covered because we are not important to BMW. After reviewing numerous comments from Saudi custmers with different type of vehicles, i am certain that BMW germany charges for this service and local dealer is not welling to pay. When i visited Berlin motorcycle factory ( I also own a BMW GS motorcycle ) they did not offer me a coffee, i had to pay for it. From the dealer stand point, people are buying the cars anyways and why not make more profit . I own a 700 series cars It is shame that such luxury and expensive car does not connect to the app.

Great App, but not working for over a month
Great App I used to use it every day to activate the AC remotely and take photos while away.
It has not worked for me since early April, i can’t update the state or use any of the remote functions. The only thing that works is remote parking function, everything else is not.
Amazing App
It has abundance of analytics indicators for your car, warning massage and remote functions such as lock- unlock turn on AC and video camera view!
