Although they have a provision to plan change through a mobile app; however, the app doesn't notify what's the status of the request.

International Visitors Can’t recharge via App

When you arrive at DXB the immigration official will give you a free Du SIM that’s good for 24 hours. Problem is you can’t recharge via the app with an international credit card. You gave to go to a Du store (where they are quite helpful) Once you recharge, the app doesn’t tell you what your remaining usage is. You get a text when you have 100 mb left which is pretty useless.

Horrible service

Worst company ever. Worst customer service. My network has been interrupted since Friday 25th of December. I missed so many important calls, I missed very important deliveries cause I was unreachable. I complained so many times to Du no one bothered to call me back. I had to explain my problem everytime I call these unprofessional people. It’s been a week now, the problem is still not fixed, they keep telling me that my issue is set as priority. What a professional company ! If this is how you treat priority matters! Seriously now DU can someone wake up and fix my issue. The least you could have done is replace my SIM card. But I guess you just don’t care about your customers

Change service package

It would appear by the advert for this app that I can manage my services. I don’t see an option for this. I would like to change the speed of my internet however I cannot find an option.

Not always reliable

With the latest update, the app is crashing. I just had to remove the application and reinstall it. Let’s hope it works. 🤞🏽 Day 3 of crashing.

Not up to the Mark

Very slow app. Always some technical issue going on. Even the website doesn’t work properly

Not always easy

The emirates identification registration only allows you to use if logged in with mobile number - not your user name!?! Also where is the log out button?!
