Worst UI
Worst UI ever! “An agent will be with you momentarily” is displayed right from the start, even though 2 hours into the call there is no one. All this time you can’t even turn off the camera feed.
Far from optimal service
No one available to do the identification on the spot. Had to make an appointment more than a week later. Then still had to wait more than 5 minutes at the agreed time. Employee didn’t speak English and only very fast German.

Het leek wel een 1 april grap 🥵🤬🤬 Vreselijk zeg.... niet te geloven Heen en weer op en neer hand omhoog hand omlaag paspoort tegen het licht omdraaien beetje naar rechts naar links nu weer naar voren...
Rude and doesn’t work properly no matter how much light you use
Apparently it only works in daylight because they can’t verify the security features with artificial light. The agent told me this and just hung up. Very rude.
Watermark id
This is a very cumbersome process. I would recommend not to this in public. And with a person who speaks native language. The guy did not know the word for watermark.
Bad experience
It took about 7 calls before it finally worked, but had to do it through the app as online was an utter nightmare!
