Solo me ponen pegas. Que si desde Iphone no funciona bien. Que si tengo que repetir la llamada. Hice un total de 8 videollamadas con mi DNI con todo lo que pedían y me cortaban la llamada. MUY MAL
Worst experience possible
More than one hour waiting for video ID with no clear information (please wait, your call will be answered shortly, you are the next to be attended…) and finally no having other option than waiting 3 days to get an appointment

La experiencia ha sido muy interesante. Han sabido trabajar con mi identificación española y la app (aunque no era necesario) está en español. Realmente muy buena.

Slow Process
The process is slow, it’s take time until the call is taken. However the attention of the worker was very good
The worst experience ever
Just after 5 video conferences and almost 2 hours I was able to confirm my identity. Incredible complex service.
