チャットが酷い
オンラインオペレーターの対応が悪い。カタコトの日本語で態度が悪く、すぐチャット終了するので返事を見返すことができません。当たった人が悪かったかもしれませんが話しててすごくイライラしました。

すっきりしたアプリで、対応が早い。チャット歴史も残る。これでASUSサポートが少し良くなった。

華碩本身服務是很好，但App功能有夠爛的要兌換一個禮品一直跳來跳去手機一直不能用

根本無法登入，一直跳帳號密碼錯誤，但網站確可以登入

線上客服對談到一半進入客服給的連結之後，再跳出來就回不去對談頁面了，這問題好久了沒改過
