Useless app

i tried to log in with my account and soon as try to open the app is closed straight away! :((

This app needs an overhaul. From the moment it asks your age (using a terrible interface) and then signing you in, you are presented with a “repair” and “status” interface. I went to purchase a warranty for my laptop and I wish I didn’t bother. The interface again doesn’t accept certain email addresses, the postal code is not geared up for non-US addresses and is unhelpful. Clicking on the checkout button after this pain, it does nothing but sends you back to the start! Tried twice and failed in the same way. From a company of ASUS standard this must have been created by someone else / single dev. It needs so much more “attention”.

The my ASUS app on PC looks completely different to how it appears on PC.

Horribly frustrating app to use. Completely unintelligently designer - very hard to navigate and asks for too many details before providing no help whatsoever

Took ages to update my phone so I could download the app, did so because I needed live chat, option not available on website, lengthy registration process, if you want to sign up by phone, there is only one country code available TWV, no Uk option, once you’re signed up they keep directing you to generic FAQ answers, or there’s an email us button, after about 20 mins I accidentally landed on the live chat option, clicked it and it said ‘sorry, not available’, unbelievable Terribly bad app and customer service, this was all because the product I purchased was faulty! Won’t be buying any more of their products, Waste of time and money
